Officer Chapman is an extremely professional, and compassionate police officer who responds quickly, and efficiently. The last time he was sent to my house I was nearly unconscious, because I don't even remember. However, his concern in getting there for a ""wellness check" ultimately did save my life. Although I did end up slipping into a coma, and receiving dyalisis to clean my blood of the poisons, who knows what would have happened if he wasn't there to call for an ambulance. I hope he gets an award fo character, work ethic, and whatever else the chief sees in him. Because he's not your average officer.
